| Zhejiang China-Europe Technology Transfer and Human Resource Center (ZETTC) is co-established by National Science Park of Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Provincial Science & Technology Exchange Center with Foreign Countries and two German companies (Europe China Services & Technology Center and LY Personnel, Industry & Culture Service). ZETTC was initiated and is fully supported by Zhejiang Provincial Science & Technology Department.
Zhejiang Provincial Science & Technology Exchange Center with Foreign Countries (ZSTEC) belongs to Zhejiang Provincial Science & Technology Department. It has frequent and stable governmental cooperation with many overseas governments for science and technology managements, and has fulfilled a lot of successful stories in promoting international cooperation. At the same time, through the support of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department, ZETTC makes close contact with enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
National Science Park of Zhejiang University, a national university science park approved by State Science and Technology Ministry and Education Ministry, has been working as the incubator for many high-tech enterprises, and possesses rich experience in technology transfer, technology evaluation, technology integration and technological international cooperation.
The two German companies, ECSTC and LYPICS, are professional agencies that are familiar with technological projects and professional experts from Europe (mainly from German).
The functionalities and responsibilities of ZETTC are:
- Technology Transfer
- Introduce European technological projects into China by locating European enterprises and projects that are willing to cooperate with Chinese enterprises.
- Seek enterprises, institutes and individuals in Zhejiang that are willing to accept and invest the above international cooperation projects.
- After the completion of technology transfer, monitor the project and coordinate between the two sides of cooperation.
- Provide consultation about the technology transfer between Zhejiang and Europe.
- Human Resource Exchange
- Search for enterprises and institutes in Zhejiang who need to employee European experts.
- Locate European experts who are willing to work in Zhejiang.
- Follow-up service and coordination.
- Provide consultation about human resource exchange.
- Technology Exchange
- Provide service to Chinese enterprises for their business tour to Europe and their project cooperation, and help them to coordinate the business affairs in Europe.
- Provide service to European enterprises for business tour in China and project cooperation.
- Information Consultation
- Setup an Internet platform for information about economy, technology and human resource for enterprises in Zhejiang and Europe.
- Information service for European enterprises in entering Chinese market.
- Information service for Chinese enterprises in entering European market.
ZETTC is seeking for overseas partners in technology transfer and human resource. We warmly welcome technologies or products from Europe that desire to be located in Zhejiang, China, and welcome foreign talents to work in Zhejiang.
