Founded in 1984, Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Exchange Center with Foreign Countries, called ZSTEC for short, is a service enterprise undertaking science and technology exchange with foreign countries in Zhejiang Province.

ZSTEC belongs to Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department (ZSTD), which is responsible for overall administration of science and technology activities within Zhejiang Province. With full support from ZSTD, ZSTEC has established close contacts with governments, universities, research institutes, and enterprises, both at home and abroad.

ZSTEC aims at strengthening the link of production, learning and researching, accelerating industrialization of scientific & technical achievements, promoting scientific and technical cooperation between Zhejiang Province and foreign countries, introducing suitable technologies and experts to Zhejiang enterprises, promoting high-tech products trade.

Technology Transfer.
Technology Transfer is a new but essential business for ZSTEC. We are trying to introduce competitive technologies, high-tech products from overseas to local enterprises therefore meets their technical demands and realize the commercial value of research achievements. So far, we have established an online technology database that contains more than 500 technical projects. Our technology suppliers are mainly from Russia, Ukraine, and other European countries. We warmly welcome technology suppliers and demanders from all circles to join us in this business.
